Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the demand for Zoom meetings has been constantly rising in the previous few months. Therefore, two Zoom-related updates will be announced. 


1) Zoom Accounts Purchase

To cope with the increasing demand and to maintain fellowship, Rotary District 3450 has purchased five Zoom Pro accounts for our Rotarians. 

Besides the basic features that we all have experienced, there are some more features for Zoom Pro Edition which are listed below:

Zoom Pro Features: 

• All Basic features + 

• Includes 100 participants 

• Meeting duration limit is 24 hrs 

• Admin feature controls 

• Reporting 

• Custom Personal Meeting ID 

• Assign scheduler 

• 1GB of MP4 or M4A cloud recording 

• Skype for Business (Lync) interoperability


2) Zoom Arrangement Guideline

Concerning the increasing number of zoom accounts and usage, relying on WhatsApp and email to arrange will no longer be effective. From now on, please kindly arrange by using the below google form:

To facilitate the zoom meeting arrangement, please be noted that ALL requests should be sent by this google form. Other arrangement request methods will NOT be accepted.
