Rotaract Club of Tsetsee Gung has organized a successful Scholarship Program “Everyone has a right to study” in their second year. This year on October 30th, the Rotaract Club of Tsetsee Gung handed over 1.8 million tugrugs (975USD) to distinguished 5 students.
