Dear Participants of the Grant Management Seminar,

Thank you for attending the GMS on 15 November, 2014.  I hope that you still remember how the grants model works and the club must complete the qualification process every year in order to apply for District Grant and Global Grant.  As we are approaching the Rotary Year 2015-2016 you should be planning the clubs’ district grant projects and global grant projects.  In order to be qualified for 2015-2016, your club has to complete the same qualification process below and attached:

1)      Make sure you had more than one of your club members attended the GMS on 15 November, 2014.  Attending the GMS is one of the requirements for qualification;

2)      Confirm you club has opened a club controlled bank account solely for Grants purpose and it is operated by at least 2 Rotarians signing jointly;

3)      Arrange the President of 2014-2015, President of 2015-2016 and President of 2016-2017 to sign the MOU*; and

4)      Prepare a written club financial management plan for 2015-2016 to provide consistent administration of the Grant funds. (If you need any help please let us know.)

*If you can get both the Presidents of 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 to sign the MOU, your club will be qualified for only the District Grant.  If you can get the 3 Presidents of 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 to sign the MOU your club will be qualified for both District Grant and Global Grant, but your club secretary must certify who is the President for 2016-2017 in the attached certification form.
