I would like to extend my warm welcome to you all for attending The District Installation 2015-16. I am honored to organize this wonderful and meaningful event to start a new page for the Rotary Year.

Also, I would like to let you know a good news that The Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, The Honorable C Y Leung will be our guest of honor and he will deliver a speech for this memorable ceremony.

Early Bird!! — You may enjoy a special discount for Gold Table as low as HK$1,088 per person for a table of 12 people and above and please register by the early bird deadline before 5:00pm on 29 May.

We encourage your kind presence from each club and preferably to take up at least one table (12 seats). Please review and fill in the details on the attached registration form.

Other than your presence, you or your club or your company can consider sponsoring a message in our Souvenir Programme to recognize your president and motivate your club, to congratulate the District teams or just to commemorate the event!  Please kindly fill in the attached Advertisement Placement form and send it with payment to RIC.
