On behalf of the Rotary District 3450 & UNESCO Hong Kong Association, you are cordially invited to participate in the Closing Ceremony of Peacemakers’ Celebration’s this weekend on April 12, 2014 at 5pm at the Hong Kong Science Park.

Rotary International District 3450, an organisation with a vision of peace, is a sponsor and co-organizer of the UNESCO Peacemakers’ Celebration. We are the organiser of the event’s Closing Ceremony, and needs the support of Rotarians to make the event a success. The Finale will involve a large scale musical performance with a message of peace, lead by past ambassadorial scholar Heidi Luk, PP Wilson Cheng (RC Kowloon Tong), and PP WT Wong (RC HK Harbour), with a supporting cast including members of Service Civic International, Rotaract Club of HKU, Rotary Peace Ambassadors, Skipper’Z, international schools from Hong Kong and Guangdong Rotarians, Rotaractors and Interactors. We hope to draw the crowd and engage participants to cement the idea of peace in everyone’s mind before they leave the venue. Please join us in support of our vision.

Rehearsal/Briefing: 2:30 pm, at the grounds next to #6, see Black Square on location map

Performance: 5pm (Medley of Canon in D, We are the World, 明天會更好 & Give Peace a Chance)
