The Entry form provides enough details to add a new entry but to finish the job you need to Approve the Benefit ‘Post’ check the details and add the Logo.
Apart from the security this step provides for the site it also allows for editing once the item has been posted which cannot be done from the form.

New pages created this way are referred as Posts in the Website.

Here is a sample Benefit I created for testing with the Fields indicated. All this data will be available and ready from completing the Entry Form.

Benefit Item

When you add a Benefit Post it will be Indexed, the existing Index  is created when the page is loaded so New Values will appear after the Post is saved. The Menu is shown below:
