District PP Dinner  2014              Joy to The Rotary                紅男綠女喜相逢

Date:   11 April 2014

Time:   Fellowship at 6:30pm

Venue:  the Banqueting House , Shop 3 , 13th Floor Mega Box, 38 Wang Chiu Road , Kowloon Bay, Kowloon.
九龍灣宏照道38號企業廣場13樓 3號舖 「御苑皇宴」 園景廳

Highlight:   Led by CPs to sing Rotary Song and entertainment by Band and singer. Relaxing!
‘Hitting Chest’ singing by Prestige PPs for charity purposes recommended also.

Dress code:  Men in Red and Ladies in Green. So PPs do not have to put on their respective Theme coat of their year of presidency .

Fees:   $500@ before 30 January 2014, $600@ afterwards.

Please be reminded that early bird at $500@ only applies to those registered AND Paid as well before 30 January 2014 ( not 31 January 2014) through RIC. Only registration before 30 January 2014  but without payment cannot be tailored with discount .

Registration:  Please let All be done via each club through RIC and please kindly be reminded NOT be done into any of the OC members in the group of 12-13 Presidents.

Vegetarian:  vegetarian meals are provided and if needed please inform RIC at registration the number of vegetarian meals needed And the name of the PP that requests.

On site registration:   Accepted at front desk entrance of the District PP Dinner although not suggested for the sake of better prior arrangement.
